Emailing Statements - email address has changed
Today I signed up for the Invoice Reminders in Accountright and now my statements have the email address AccountRight@apps.myob.com as the sender instead of our business email address. How do I change this back? I did not change this setting and it's causing an issue with emailing statements as they're not showing in my sent items in Outlook.

If you go to Setup >> Preferences >> Emailing and untick Use AccountRight to Send Emails, this will switch AccountRight back to using Outlook to send emails.
Please note however that if you are using Outlook to send your emails you aren’t able to take advantage of the invoice reminders and online payments functionalities. These are only available when using the inbuilt online emailing functionality within AccountRight
