Goods in Transit

Help Please....

We often purchase Inventory from overseas. The issue we have is. These invoices are due 30 days from dispatch from the factory and can take 80 days for us to receipt goods.

How can I book this invoice, so it appears in our payables list, but not in our inventory until goods arrive in our stores? Any suggestions would be very much appreacited.
