We’ve hit pause on transitions to STP 2 right now, while we make some improvements.

We have until 1 January to complete setting up for STP phase 2 and i am still getting this message when I sign into the web browser as instructed in Payroll Reporting.

I can't be signing into the browser every day in December just to see if i might be able to do it...  I have no idea how long the process will take and i don't like being forced to leave it til the last minute, especially in such a hectic month.

Can somebody please tell me when this will be fixed/what I can do about it?

    Thanks for your post. We turned the transition to Phase 2 back on in October: STP Phase 2 is back on

     

    You should be able to complete that transition by following the steps in this Help Article: Getting ready for STP Phase 2

      i just tried again and of course once i logged into the browser the first thing i saw was the full screen message

      i persevered and i can see now that despite the message on logging in i can actually go into payroll and set up STP 2.  appears now i could have done this a month or so ago when i wasn't rushing, but thanks to the error message i've been logging back out each time.

      i'm sure i'm not the only one that's been caught out, you might want to get someone to remove the message?

        Hi There,

         

        How were you able to do it?  I ams still getting the pause notification and can not find a way to set up STP2 (see screenshot)  Any info would be great thank you :)

    • Not sure why this has been flagged as SOLVED. The original issue has not been addressed.

       

      I am having the exact same problem. Have been checking back regularly but no change to the interface to allow transition to STP2.

       

      The below screenshot is after clicking 'Get started' in the MYOB desktop app as per Step 2 in the "Getting ready for STP Phase 2" help page suggested. This takes you to the browser interface, which shows the following message.

        Hi All, We are still getting shown the "We've hit pause on transitions to STP2 right now, while we make some improvements." message when attempting to transition. I have followed the steps at the following link with no succes. There is no button to "get started" in the MYOB browser portal https://help.myob.com/wiki/display/ar/Getting+ready+for+STP+Phase+2 The below screenshot is after clicking 'Get started' in the MYOB desktop app as per Step 2 in the "Getting ready for STP Phase 2" help page suggested. This takes you to the browser interface, which shows the dreaded message. A similar banner size message is displayed at the top of the page when navigating via the drop down menu in browser (Payroll>Signt Touch Payroll reporting) I have also tried in multiple browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox) and all have the same result. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
