GST Calculation Error

I have a sale entered and one of the lines is incorrectly calculating the GST.

Ext GST Subtotal is $21,231.79

GST is $1744.05

GST should be $2123.18

I cannot change or delete this sale or any line in the sale.

Each time I try the program shuts down.

I have tried on the desktop and logging in online.

Please assist

Thanks

    Hi StacieS,

It's a bit worrying when the system doesn't calculate GST correctly, especially since it impacts your sales records. If you can't modify or delete the sale and the program crashes every time you try, it might be a deeper software issue or data corruption.

To troubleshoot, try clearing your AccountRight cache and make sure the correct tax codes and categories are assigned to the sales line. Also, check your Setup > Preferences > Security and check if the "Transaction can't be changed; they must be reversed" is ticked.

If the problem continues, please connect with our live chat support team and share your AccountRight diagnostic log error with them. To connect with a live chat agent, please start by contacting our virtual assistant, MOCA, through myob.com/support. If MOCA is unable to resolve your issue, it will transfer you directly to our live chat team for further help.

    Cheers,

    Princess
