Invoices not sending through to In tray
Hi,
Since a couple of days ago we haven't been able to unpload any invoices via email to the Purchases in tray. The link 0 (bills) that we usually type in the email to send them through no longer exists as a pathway.
Does anyone know how to reestablish this? or could it be an email/microsoft issue?

Hi QldPlumber,
If the email address does not exist when you type it in the field, the email provider might have deemed the email address as spam or incorrect. A few things we could try is to manually copy the in tray address directly on the email address field. We can also try a different email address origin to see if the issue is connected to the email address.
