Making Accounts Inactive
Hello When I try to make an account inactive the account changes from detail account to header account and is unable to be made inactive.

Hi AJQ
Thanks for your post. We are aware that some users are currently unable to edit accounts. Attempting to edit an account is changing it to a Header account and giving that error. Clicking on Cancel will retain the account as it was originally.
Our developers are currently investigating this. In the meantime, accounts can be successfully edited by accessing the company file through the browser.
