MYOB Online Payment - unsure of who has paid
Hi MYOB,
I received $310.00 on our bank statement it is a MYOB online payment. Normally I receive an email to state who has paid. I have not received email. Payment on my bank statement dated 21/02/22. Can you please advise or advise best number to call to follow this up?

Thanks for your post, sorry to hear that you haven't received that email. You can check which invoices have been paid from within AccountRIght by running the Transaction Details report in Reports>>Sales>>Online invoice payments.
