Hi Alb_Engineering,
Just want to check if you're still having this issue? If so, feel free to post again and one of us will be happy to help.
Regards,
Earl
Hi Earl,
Yes, as has been identified, I can't use Inventory reporting or Items Register for any items that are not inventoried.
Makes reporting on items transactions useless in MYOB. We are thinking of ditching MYOB altogether and going to Xero as a result, or a bespoke solution for the metal manufacturing industry. MYOB is not great as a stand-alone product without numerous add-ons.
Cheers,
Jason.

While you cannot use Inventory Reports, there are Sales and Purchase reports which show Item sales/purchases. These might give you what you are looking for.

Hi Gavin,
unfortunately, those do not work either. No items are showing up anywhere but in the Items List and a line item within a sales and purchases invoice.
Cheers,
Jason.

You might be approaching it the wrong way. Go to Index to Reports, Sales tab and select under Items, select Sales [Item Detail] or Analyse Sales [Item] etc
Click Advanced Filters to select the Items (this will include non-inventoried items). Then Display Report.
If this does not give you want you want, perhaps clarify exactly what you want - someone might be able to point you in the right direction.
Regards
Gavin
