non zero qty on hand but actually it is zero Account Right Premier

Hi ,  the quantity actually is zero but in inventory it is a long decimal number. Run inventory rectify report does not help to solve this problem. I read another post saying that MYOB back stage can...

    • Serial number 
    • Your full name and email address 
    • File ID (This can be found by going to Help > About MYOB AccountRight)
