Hi Celia,
I am still completely lost.
So one payment is an online payment charge? and one is a surcharge?
Why is the online payment going to 1-0820?
When you say ledger account, where are you reffering to? Are you saying that if I can find the online payment, I can move it?

No I didn't. I called MYOB and got no where so I ended up going to see my accountant.
I had to take a note of all the payments, the dates and the amounts and then do a Journal Entry which is under Accounts.
It was a sale, and we used the same date as the surcharge, we then recorded a line with the bank account as a debit and then second line was Misc Income and a credit. I am not sure if that helps.
Definely worth chatting to your accountant about though over MYOB.
