Receipt printing - card payment

I can't print a receipts for a customers who pay by card.

The payment does not show up in the list to print, is this something new as I have been able to print previously.

    In that case, please send us a private message with your product serial number and company file name so we can run some scripts to check what the issue is.

    The receipt printing function is not impacted by the payment method used. On occasions, it has been found that if the receipt has the status "Already Printed", it won't appear in the Print receipts window despite changing the status to "To be printed".


    To check if that's the case, please go to Sales>>Print Receipts >>Advanced filters and untick "Unprinted Receipts only". If those receipts are still not appearing in the window, send us your serial number by Private Message so we can investigate further.

      Hi,

       

      Thank you but I have tried all these option many times before contacting you.

      This morning receipts from 27 May are still not showing whether unprinted/printed is selected or not.

      I have not had this problem in the past.
