Removing customer card

Can you delete/remove a customer card from MYOB account right.  I have made them inactive, but my manager thinks that in the past they were able to delete them.  Can you archive or combine them as th...

    Hi Pete-Complete,

     

    I understand you're looking to completely remove a customer card, but in MYOB, you can't delete a customer card if it has been used in a transaction. However, you can make the customer card inactive, which you've already done, or you can combine cards. Making a card inactive will prevent it from appearing in lists and reports, but it won't remove it from the system.
