REQUESTING FOR REMOVAL OF READ MODE ONLY ON ALL COMPANY FILES
As per the Subject matter, we are still having the problem of Read Mode Only all our company files are on Read Mode Only, which we can't do anything so am asking can you help us rectify this problem for us.
please can you help verify as much as possible.

From what I can see, this should be resolved as mentioned in your other post.
If this is still happening, can you please confirm the last 4 digits of your serial number so I may investigate further?
