Unable to print payment receipt
I am unable to see receipts or print receipts for payments I have just entered. I had a similar issue a few months ago & MYOB Tech solved issue. Can you assist again.

I am sorry to hear you have this issue again.
What are the last 4 digits of your serial number and the company file ID (Help>>About AccountRight)? If your file is online, we can try to run a script over your file that usually resolves this.

I have run those scripts over your files. I am sorry you are experiencing this issue again. Our developers are working towards a fix, but in the meantime, we will have to run these scripts over your file to solve this issue.
