Just spoken to Tech support and the person knew nothing about this problem and I suggested that their programmers read it. The support person was helpful about getting the problem looked at.
However the option she offered in the mean time is too long winded. Why do you upgrade and where can I find the notes that go with the upgrade that did not work. There has been too many days passed and no fix , suggest go back to when it worked. You may think we your MYOB clients are frustrated , bear a thought for our clients too

We reported it via the website.......I think more need to do that or they won't do anything to rectify it.
