Unable to Print, Email Invoices in lock period

Hi myob,

Unable to print/email invoice in locked period again? 

  • Hi bdevro,

     

    The issue with being unable to print or email invoices in a locked period has been fixed by our team. But if you're still having trouble and you're on the latest version, you'll need to raise a ticket via MyAccount so our team can dive in and find a permanent solution.

     

    In the meantime, you can print or email sales from the browser or temporarily unlock the period to get those invoices out.
