User unable to access customer address
One of our users is having issues with the customer address field.
When converting a quote to an invoice, the address field box disappears from her screen.
The address field will show when saved as a PDF but the user is unable to view the address field on her screen.
Is this a user access issue?
Hoping that somebody can assist with what appears to be a very simple problem!?!?

Most likely, this is due to a user's access. We recommend checking the user access to ensure that the role to view the customer address is checked. To do this, kindly check the Help Article: Manage users.
