I've got the same issue - for a current employee and salary sacrifice. On the phone MYOB for over an hour with no solution. They say they will phone back. It has to do with the salary sacrifice appearing as a negative amount. on the actual payroll even though it has been set up correctly according to the MYOB notes. https://help.myob.com/wiki/display/ar/Set+up+salary+sacrifice+superannuation
