Unknown Code error

My client tried to change details of an employee and a message has come up with a message Something gone wrong. I have search errors and there was none for this one. There has been a prvious solved case but MYOB had fixed.

MYOB.Huxley.API.HuxleyApplicationException: (Unknown): ShowUIView(CardDetail,...,...) ---> MYOB.Huxley.API.HuxleyApplicationException: (DataNotUniqueError): More than one EmployeePayrollDetails exists for employeeId = 977

    Hi Debbie, 

     

    Thanks for your post. There is a script we can run over the file to resolve this, can you please confirm the last 4 digits of the product serial number and file ID of the file (This can be found by going to Help > About MYOB AccountRight) so I can have this arranged to be run over the file.

      The last 4 digits are 7649.

        The company ID 1 & s/n 7469.
