CHANGING AN HOURLY PAY RATE
Hi
I posted several time last year and have spoken to MYOB helpdesk but to no avail.
I have to change an employees pay rate THE MORNING OF THE PAYROLL PERIOD so that the rate will be correct.
It then reverts back to their old pay rate. WHAT IS HAPPENING!!!!!!! Two years this has now been going on for.
Does anyone know how to fix this problem? I am at wits end.

I'm sorry to hear that the issue persists. I've investigated further and made some adjustments to the file. Before attempting to change the pay rate, please log out and log back in. After changing the hourly rate, be sure to navigate to the standard pay section to verify that the change has been applied.
