Converting an employee status from Casual to FT Salary.
We have a FT employee who has been getting an hourly rate until now. We have offered her a salary which she has accepted. When I try to convert her pay structure in accountright it won't let me deselect the Base Hourly Category. So when I prepare a Payrun it double pays her by default, both her hourly rate and her FT salary.
Do I need to create a new Card for her or is there a work around for this?

You can keep using the employee's original card - but you'll need to make a few changes.
