I am sorry to hear that you are having issues when running a report on payroll. I really appreciate your patience and understanding about this issue, and I do apologize for the delayed response.
Looking at the account, the login email that you are using can access everything. What I would recommend is to clear your AccountRight Cache file: Clearing the AccountRight Cache. I have also changed something on the backends. If you could try logging out then log back in, please.
