File Error (No 2)

I have an employee card frozen in a company file. The usual remedy is to 'run a script' over the file, could someone do that for me please? Also how does this happen? Is there something I can do to prevent it?

 

Company file serial number ends in 9022

 

File ID is 17.

    I've successfully run the fix over your file so you can access the employee card again. A reason for that scenario happens when you make changes to an employee's pay and tell the system to remember these changes for next time. Doing this incorrectly can cause the system to get confused and show an error or even freeze the card file when you try to view that employee's details again.
