Confirming company file - Error
Hi There
I tried to log in into my company profile and I got the error message
"Unable to connect to the online confirmation service.
You may not be connected to the internet, or your computer's firewall may not allow online confirmation. We recommend you to try confirming your company file by phone."
I'm using the AccountRight basics 2017.2 and I'm not looking to upgrade. Can someone please help as I have work to do urgently!
