First Payrun 24-25 Problems??

Doing a pay run and processing 38 pays for first pay period and not going through.  comes back as $0.00. Log on and process still nothing.  Do one employee still nothing?  Grab back ups from last couple of weeks and none work?  Try to find a number to call MYOB on and WTF / nothing?  another company file under same serial number work as have three?  ANYONE know there number to call and wait an hour obviously befoire calling the boss and letting him know there is another MYOB problem?

      I'm sorry to hear about your difficulties with your first pay run. I highly suggest getting in touch with our live chat. To get through to a live chat agent, you will need to get in touch first with our virtual assistant, MOCA through myob.com/support. Don't worry, if MOCA can't provide the help you need, our live chat team is just around the corner to pick up from where MOCA left off. Alternatively, you can provide information about your concern like which window the payrun is showing as $0.00 and the dates of when it was recorded and paid.
