How do you support your members ?
I require assistance and have waited on the phone for one and a half hours, and the person on the other end, in the Phillipines, was unable to assist me !!!!!
I asked to be placed with someone who will be able to do TeamViewing to assist me. All a waist of time. He was very quick to end the call and told me he will send out information to my email ! He was unable to understand the issue nor able to help correct it.
Seriously for the amount of money I paid this year to be a MYOB member, the support is disgusting !!!!!!
I would appreciate a response from someone that can provide assistance.
If I am unable to get proper assistance, I will consider going to the Ombudsman with my complaint.
