No card files accessible in 2023.4

I upgraded my AccountRight company files for two businesses yesterday to 2023.4 after being prompted by MYOB popups. Now none of the Cards will open - Customer, Supplier, Employee, etc. I have to run...

Thank you for the post. I'm happy to assist you with this. Please send me a Private Message containing the following:

 

  • Serial number
  • Business name
  • Company File ID (Help>>About MYOB AccountRight)

        Thank you for the response. I've tried to run a script again over the file. If it's still not working, try to uninstall and re-install the application and let me know how it goes.
