Trying to send an invite to a couple who share the same email address, only one invite is sent to one of them. Does the other need a separate email address?

Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! It would be recommended to have separate email addresses for the two employees, this is to ensure that they both get the on-boarding form and that there is no issues when the employee cards are created.

I tried twice to the same email address for the other partner in the couple, they did not reeive that email, nor was card created. Ihave since had success when they sypplied a different email. I concluded that it is a definite, not a recommendation that they have separate email addresses.
