Pay Super error message
We have one employee who started recently. I paid the last bit of super for our previous employee but was unable to pay it for the new person. When I select the two super items in order to pay them the first one has an error. The message says that the fund can no longer receive payments through Pay Super and to select a different fund. However the second item for the same person is fine and no error occurs.
Can you please advise what might be causing this and how to correct it?
