MYOB do take privacy and security very seriously and we do recommend reviewing our Privacy Policy and Security Commitment with respect to that and what to do if you any questions or concerns.
In terms of a Payroll Activity Summary or Detail Report, these are generated from AccountRight and can be emailed via selecting the Send to option from within the report and then entering or selecting the relevant email address. Should someone wish to email out a Payroll Activity report, as with all reports, these are generally user-triggered and the user does need to select to email them out. Typically, AccountRight will not automatically email out a Payroll Activity report.
