STP Software ID has changed
In the last 2 days i now have 3 files rejecting STP lodgements all saying the Software ID is invalid. Previously lodged STP reports in March were fine - STP is now asking me to setup again - "Get Started" screen appears. And the software ID is different to the one previously advised to the ATO.
Last thing i want to be doing is ringing the ATO advising of new software ID's as this is a tedious and lengthy process. Has something happened in the recent MYOB updates?

Upon checking, if you're receiving an error such as invalid software ID when lodging to STP, I would recommend setting up the STP again by clicking the 'Get Started' button. This is to make sure that the ATO has the correct and updated software ID of your file.
As per your question, if there's been any recent update, we haven't received any updates yet or if there's anything that happened.
