Super payment refunded into bank account. No information provided.

 A super payment for an employee was refunded into the bank account.   However, no information was provided to clarify why the payment was not accepted.   Is there a way to get this information s...

    Hi Fatima2,

     

    Thank you for your post.

     

    If this contribution has been refunded by the fund, you/the employee would need to speak with that fund to see why it has been returned. Were there details on the bank transaction on where the refund came from? 

     

    Let me know how you go, or if you require further assistance.

    It has come back from the Fund it seems.

     

    I will chase it up with them.
