Super payments paid but still processing in MYOB

I have three Super payments paid but the status is still processing in MYOB or Authorised. 

The payments have been debited from our account on the days mentioned bellow.

No employee has been paid so far and no dirrect debit has been initiated by MYOB or Super Choice .

First payment on the 26/10/20221 Status in MYOB - Authorised

Second payment on the 25/02/2022 Status in MYOB -Processing Payment

Third Payment on the 07/03/2022 Status in MYOB- Processing Payment

 

Please let me know what steps I need to take to retrive the payments .
