Have you since been able to load the current tax tables?
If not, could you please go to Help > About, what is the AccountRight version? Then under Setup > General Payroll Information, what is the tax table revision date shown there? Are you logged in to the company file using the 'Administrator' user ID? If not, please do log in with this user ID then try again.
