Unable to access employee card
Hi,
I am having issues accessing an employee's card file. When I click on them it comes up with the message that something's gone wrong and AccountRight needs to close. I have tried accessing the file using the online version but it won't open on there either. I can open all other employee file.
Can you help fix this please? I don't want to make a new file as I need the history of the employee.

This error will require us to run a script over the file to resolve it. Can you please reply with the following details:
- Last 4-Digits of your serial number
- Company File ID (Help > About MYOB AccountRight)
