- Serial number
- Name of primary contact and email address
- Business name
- Last 4 digits of the BSB and Account number of the nominated bank account

Hi Tyler.
The reason I couldn't find the verifcation code is that it had been processed a lot earlier when the bank account was set up. So it may help to look at your statements from earlier on to see whether you may have already done it. I hope this helps.
