Hi All, does anyone have a sample Chart of Accounts to use for a small self managed commercial property in Australia and/or can recommend basic low cost landlord management software that could be used to interface with MYOB Accountright? Any suggestions most appreciated:)

Thank you for your post. When you created your company file, you have the option to choose a default accounts list to start with, based on the type of business.
If you want to see a sample accounts list to try without affecting your current file you could check out the different sample chart of accounts on AccountRight's sample company file, Clearwater.
