Leap not Syncing with MYOB
Hi My issue is that LEAP is not allowing me to sync with MYOB, keeps popping up with me to login to MYOB and even when I enter my login - I try again to sync the entries and the same message pops up...
I am a contractor to LEAP and I was able to resolve the issue. Instead of entering your MYOB online username and password (eg. Username =email address), you need to enter the MYOB username and password (eg. Username-"Administrator").

These are the instructions from LEAP:-
Is this what you are saying? Because it doesn’t work. It is still not syncing.
I am staying NOT to do LEAP's Step 3, instead enter your MYOB login (the one you would have used in a desktop version). So if your username was Administrator with no password - put that in. But it may have been something different (eg. "John Smith", password "Administrator1".

I have been in contact with LEAP and they gave directions for synchonising between LEAP and MYOB. So I have decided the problem must be with MYOB.
Completed all the instructions, message came up that syncing with MYOB was successful but, NO syncing happened. Can anyone help?

I am having that same issue it has been ongoing for a month now so if anyone can help I would apprecaite it!
I really need the deposits to show from leap in MYOB
