Online Payments: Ability to select which payment methods are on offered

Currently there is only the option to choose an online payment to include bPay, Visa or Mastercard.  We therefore can't use this as we don't accept credit cards.  However we would like to be able to email our clients their invoice with the direct payment option for bPay.

 

It seems very strange that we can not chose to have one and not the other!  Currently we must choose whether we want to have online payments or not.  We should be able to chose WHICH online payments we would like to activate.

 

We have rather large invoices and having to wear 1.8% surcharge of these credit card transactions would destroy us

    Hi MYOB,

     

    It's been 5 months since your last update re being able to select which online payment methods are offered. Can you please provide an update on when this will be available? Thank you.

      They rolled out some changes to this just last week, which is great. You can't fully pick and choose which options to offer, but there's a specific checkbox to turn BPAY off now. This means that you can now ensure that all costs are passed on to customers rather than potentially being hit with fees if they happen to choose BPAY. We've turned online payments back on in our business now as a result of these changes.

        Hi,

        Thank you for providing an update. However, I’ve just check my MYOB Online Payment Preferences and I don’t have any ability to switch off BPay.  Can you please advise how to do this, as I must be in the wrong area of MYOB? The below is a screen shot of what I can see in MYOB re Online Payments>Settings. Thank you.
