I'm with you. I just don't understand why they can't resolve this, it's SO FRUSTRATING! I would use their payment feature immediately if they sorted it.
PLEASE LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS MYOB AND FIX THIS. Or if for some strange reason it's not possible (which I doubt), at least provide us with an explanation.
