Hi MYOB Team,
I can see that this has previously asked by many other users in the "MYOB Community", and whilst they have all been replied to and then "closed" for comment, this hasn't rectified...

Hey everyone!
We’ve taken your feedback onboard. We are working to improve online invoice payments and provide greater control when it comes to selecting your preferred payment options.
*Edited 30/07 with new information below in bold
The ability to turn off BPAY is coming in a couple of weeks, please keep an eye out for emails & in product messaging to inform you of this change.
Cheers, Amanda.

2 months ago this was coming in a couple of weeks... Really hope there isn't a backflip on this like there was with the emailing receipts.

Started a fresh FY with Xero and it’s changed my life! Paid my last MYOB invoice today and won’t be paying another. They can go to hell. See ya MYOB, I’d say it’s been fun, but it hasn’t!

Ditto, gone back to spreadsheets and FileMaker. MYOB was a big disappointment

Hi H-TS , Daveo_perth
Apologies this was my fault. I edited the previous post on Tuesday 30th July with the information in bold (but I didnt make it clear this this was an edit and not the original post)
I am going to amend these now but rest assured, it is coming soon- H-TS4 months agoTrusted User
Thanks MikeG1
Unfortunately the trial finished on 30th July too so I missed that because our approval only came through on 1st August even though I'd been told about a week before that we would get our notification within 24-48 hours. Very odd timing if you ask me. Anyway, the Online Payments support staff yesterday said they can't tell us whether "soon" is days, weeks or months. MYOB and your customers have very different definitions of the word "soon". And I assume we're at the bottom of the list of batches since we only just applied for online payments (there was no point until this was an option). Or, maybe I'll have a pleasant surprise and find out that they've put everyone on this post thread into the early batches now that the rollout has started.
