It is standard practice for personnel names in payroll to be filed by the surname and then the christian name. This is a standard business practice accepted globally and dates back to the days of paper and pen! Believe it or not this function is not available in MYOB on-line. So if you have several staff members with the same christian name they will all be listed under one another.
The desk-top system files according to surname, why has this not been carried over to the on-line system? Is MYOB dumbing down the system even more? MYOB, your fees are ever increasing but the level of service provided ever decreasing.
