Does anyone know how to back up my online file? The business is closing and I will be cancelling my subscription but I can't see an option to backup my file so I can save a copy externally.

MYOB Business doesn't have the ability to be able to backup the entire file. If you'd like to save your data before cancelling you'll be able to generate your reports and export them out as well as using our Import/Export function. Thank you for taking the time to share your idea. We will leave this as an open idea for other members of our community to vote for as it's currently not available.
