More than 2 months on and I have had no timeframe for a resolution on the Leave Balance reports. :-(
Today I have just phoned MYOB on a seperate issue, to be told that phone support has been discontinued for Essentials Payroll. I had no warning about this and am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and support. And when I asked the (very nice) helpdesk operator if there was anyone I could discuss my concerns with, I was told that there is no account manager or escalation process. So there's no way to raise concerns except through this community, which is essentially ignorted anyway. Sigh....
I think it's fair to say that MYOB is obviously no longer interested in offering Essentials Payroll and I would now discourage anyone from using it. After more than a decade of using & recommending MYOB in various accounting and payroll forms, I now will be investigating alternatives to move our three companies off MYOB entirely. Sad to leave but I feel I have no other option.
