MYOB while using a VPN
Hi, I have recently just setup a VPN on my computer and when I try to log into the desktop version of MYOB, MYOB says I have no internet connection. How can I use the VPN and MYOB together? If I have to exclude MYOB from the VPN, what are the IP Addresses or Domains I need to add to my VPN exclusion list?19Views0likes1CommentCan't see data file on desktop - AccountRight 2024.6
I have tried support numerous times and have escalated this problem but still no response. If someone could help I'd appreciate it. My client has a MYOB data file already on her desktop version. I sent an invite to her for another MYOB. She accepted the invite but couldn't get any further as she couldn't see the data file on the desktop menu. She is logged in correctly with the email address and password and has clicked online but only the old file comes up. I know there is a way of getting it to come up as I had this happen once and the support person knew how to fix and it took a couple of minutes. Thanks Pam49Views0likes5CommentsLogin Issues
I am having issues with login on desktop. It opens up normally and I type in the login....email address it then takes ages and then goes back to select company file...then I go through the sign in and again it takes ages before bringing up the password page which is totally different....it is only doing this on my PC not happening on my laptop at home. I have 5 company files and 3 are working fine on the latest version (2024.4). I have just updated the other 2 files to version 2024.4 and when opening the file it kicks me out of MYOB. When I go to My Library the file is there and shows the latest date updated which is the date I tried to access the files before it kicked me out. I do bookwork for a P & C Association. I was invited into their file by the previous bookkeeper who is still in there as an Administrator. I am unable to remove her nor invite a new user which will be their new accountant/auditor. I have logged in using Administrator but still can't do this. Hi, Opening the file is an issue. I.e. it won't allow me to open the file. It keeps coming up with the message of: Back up in progress. The company file is currently backing up. You can sign on once the backup is complete. (See Below) It has been doing this for a couple days now. Hi, I have created a new invoice template for a specific side of our business, but need to put the due date in. I've added the "Due Date" field in the invoice template: But the format of the date is wrong i.e. it displays as "07/05/2024" and I want it to be displayed as "7 May 2024". Also, the due date itself is wrong even after I amended the customer card to reflect that the bill is due on the 20th of the month following: Any ideas about how to fix this?
