We apologise for the inconvenience caused. A small number of AccountRight customers are experiencing intermittent connection errors when logging into their files. Our team has identified the issue and is working on a solution.
We ask the affected customers to try logging in again in a few hours.

Our team is investigating an issue where some of the AccountRight customers trying to log in to their files are getting an error " The account is disabled."
