UPDATE 1:Thanks for your patience while we worked on this issue.Service has now been restored.

 

Our team is investigating an issue where some of the AccountRight customers trying to log in to their files are getting an error " The account is disabled."

  • I cannot login to MYOB accountright.  I uninstalled and re-installed as I have been away to do the upgrade to 2023.9.  The sign-in allows me to put my email address in only and then the right hand corner says "Log in to MYOB" but is moving to the next screen.
