MYOB keeps crashing. 30/5/2024

I can see on the status page that there's an issue with practice management but I've had several crashes over the past hour on the desktop AccountRight with forced closes.   Where are we supposed t...

Thank you for your post, and welcome to the community forum!

 

We regret to hear that the Accountright is crashing when you are trying to access it. In this matter, I would suggest troubleshooting first. Please clear your AccountRight cache, as this will fix some odd behavior. Aside from the status hub, if you need immediate assistance, you may give us a call using this number: 1300 555 123, or click the chat bubble at the bottom of any help page and ask a question. If MOCA can't help, you'll be guided to our other support options, including live chat.
