employee card files crashing

hi there

 

i have 2 companies, each with an employee card file that won't open.  keeps crashing the system.

 

can you please help :)

    Thanks for your post. I'm happy to help, can you please confirm the last 4 digits of your product serial number and the file ID of the file (This can be found by going to Help > About MYOB AccountRight).

      I have 2 files doing the same thing.

       

      ID #12

      Serial # 6076

       

      ID #3

      Serial # 0049

        Hi kirraBrookies, 

         

        Thank you. I've had the script run over file ID 12 for serial numbre ending in 6076 however I'm unable to locate serial number ending in 0049. Could you please send me a private message with the full serial number.
