MYOB not responding

Our Myob has been playing up the last couple of days with - Not responding

                                                                                                    Application error

                                                                                                    Asking if we want to retry or cancel

 

Using MYOB from desktop and online the same thing is happening.

 

Have logged out and tried logging back in with nothing happening as per attached file

    • Same here. Internet is working but it is not responding. Can't get through on the phone.

       

      Would be good to see something on their status page.

    If you are getting the error message "Unable to connect" popping up there are a few things that you would be able to do to try and resolve this message which ranges from excluding AccountRight from the security software to checking the internet TLS settings. 

     

    I have linked our Help Article on the unable to connect message which contains the above-mentioned as well as more surrounding this issue.
