STUCK IN BACKUP PROCESS

Hi There. we are currently stuck in the Backup process and would appreciate some help since there is no one to call and we dont have an email address to send issues to.

    Hi Robyn11 ,

    We have an online script that can resolve this issue. Please reply with the last four digits of your Serial Number and your Company File ID so we can arrange the fix for you.

    i have 9239 which is next to our company name when i am in myaccount.myob.com

    Hi Robyn11 ,

    Thanks for providing the information. I've made some changes on the backend for the Serial Number ending in 7790 that should fix the issue. Please let me know if the issue persists.
